Enjoy this tropical cocktail with the freshness of passion fruit.
- 50ml dark rum
- 80ml pineapple juice
- 25ml fresh passion fruit puree
- 15ml almond syrup or (orgeat syrup)
- 15ml cointreau or (triple sec)
- 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- Mint sprig and fresh passion fruit for garnish
Method: Add all the ingredients in a glass and give it a nice stir, garnish and serve.
