Everyone is aware of Intermittent Fasting, however let us analyse what Cardio is doing here.
Intermittent fasting is leisure for the body when the goals are to avoid a sugar spike and keep the fat gain slow, done it works! If one adds cardio in the morning, it increases the metabolic rate and works in synergy with the fasting. As a result, the body reacts exponentially, and the effects on the overall weight loss are tremendous.
How do we do this? When your intermittent fasting is on, kickstart the day with 30-45 mins of moderate to intense cardio workout like jogging, cycling, cross-training, etc. Monitor a body heart rate of 130-140 BPM and maintain the consistency with a weekly log. Many of you might not be aware that the excess calories will burn after this small hack, all it takes is a bit of science to extrapolate into reality. But beware, do not excessively binge on those calories as the “Cardio Intermittent Fasting” will only help you for a short span, it’s not a long term solution to weight gain. This plan is designed only to enjoy those few festive weeks to make sure your clothes still fit the same along the waistline.
We hope you enjoy this beautiful season of sweets and savouries and wish you all seasons greetings.
