The foundation of bodyweight training is based on these exercises –

  • Free Squats
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Dips

All these workouts employ complex motions engaging various muscle groups and it commands an overall development of joints, bone density, skeletal muscle, and stability.

This workout order will take the blood circulation through the longest path, it is hence creating maximum resistance, increasing fat burn and cardio strength. Start with this sequence –

  • Free squats 10 X 20 Reps
  • Push-ups 5 X 20 Reps
  • Pull-ups 5 X 15 Reps
  • Dips 5 X 15 Reps
