He calls it “Mac’s Flight to Fitness”, meet Vijay Macmilton a fitness, nutrition, physique transformation coach and a pilot with a leading airline. While he’s always been motivated and hardworking, his knowledge of fitness was limited to an hour’s walk on the treadmill to make sure he passed his yearly aviation medical. It took volumes of books, years of working out and diet mishaps to unlearn and learn the right way of doing things. Vijay is fascinated with the science and co-relation between fitness, diet, and the human body, in this flight to fitness he’s going to take us through the science and truth behind what works and what does not. Also, meet Sneha a fitness model, blogger, and flight attendant. She’s been in the field of body building since 4 years and has a few titles under her belt. She’s won the “Fitness Diva Classic Championship”, “Fit Factor Body Building Championship” and is also an Olympic Amateur Bronze medalist. Currently she is working on elevating her fitness to the next level by further educating herself in yoga, kick boxing, and mix marshal arts.
