A great energy booster to start your day, with protein and fibre. 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of oats (finely ground)
  • ½ cut banana
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk 
  • ½ teaspoon peanut butter 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla protein power 
  • Water (optional)

Method: Blend the ground oats with almond milk for few seconds and then add all the other ingredients, enjoy chilled.
