Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blackberries 
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp protein vanilla powder 
  • 4 cubes of ice
  • 100ml skimmed milk 

Method:

Blend all the ingredients together for a perfect healthy smoothie. Best served chilled.
