The desire to get those washboard abs is universal, men crave to flaunt those 6 pack brick abs, likewise women yearn for that waistline so they can slay in those crop tops! Unfortunately, inspite of eating right and doing those intense ab workouts, not many get even close to fulling this dream, ever wondered why?

Abs are a tiny group of muscles in the anatomy of the human body that get activated with the lightest of efforts, and they could grow well in shape and size. However, they do not show up unless the fat in front of it is all gone. In other words, if you have excess fat on your visceral area, no matter how big those abs are, they will never show up, period.

the abdomen area is the last; the brain senses less intake as a threat hence tries to protect you from starvation and keeps visceral fat loss for the end.

With this scientific background, one can chalk a plan to reveal those abs. Schedule a calorie
deficit diet, work on the abdominal muscles, and be patient. Observe the body’s slow
changes and watch the fat drop. Log it up and be consistent till the fat drops to such a percentage that the abs slowly and steadily reveal themselves.
