In A320 there are six detents in the quadrant –
- IDLE
- CL for Maximum Climb Thrust
- FLEX/MCT one detent serving two functions:
- FLEX is used for reduced thrust at take-off
- MCT is used for single-engine operations
- TO/GA for Maximum Take-Off or Go Around thrust
- IDLE REV for idle thrust when reverse selected
- MAX REV for Maximum reverse thrust
